Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on agb98, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on agb98 suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of agb98 or its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not aware of any law in your jurisdiction that prohibits you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.

agb98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid date of birth, an active Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times; any change in personal details must be reported to agb98 support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. agb98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify agb98 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.

agb98 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Platform features; certain services may require completion of the full KYC verification process before becoming available.

Identity Verification (KYC)

agb98 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are activated and, in certain circumstances, before deposit limits above the basic threshold are permitted.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

1. Primary Identity Document: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your current Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). The document must be valid and the photograph, name, date of birth, and ID number must be clearly visible.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued in your name, showing your current residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a copy of the bank account details (account number and registered name) matching the account used for deposits or withdrawal requests.
4. Selfie Verification: A clear selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP, which may be requested at the discretion of the compliance team.

agb98 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one to three business days of receiving all required documentation. You will be notified by email or in-app notification upon completion. During the review period, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending successful verification.

agb98 may request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including for large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or as required by our compliance framework. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

agb98 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the local Indonesian payment methods listed below. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). agb98 does not currently accept international credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

Supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following general conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from an account held in a different name will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the deposit interface.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as your agb98 Account. agb98 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are under five minutes for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and one to five minutes for major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). Processing times for CIMB Niaga and BSI may extend to ten minutes under normal conditions.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to the withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing the required wagering will result in the Bonus Funds being voided.
• agb98 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances. Members will be notified if such a check is initiated.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify agb98 immediately. agb98 reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited amount at any time upon discovery.

Bonuses & Promotions

agb98 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the agb98 platform unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount received.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–50%). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire automatically upon the deadline.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted wager per bet is Rp 200.000, unless the specific promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: agb98 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes.

agb98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Member has completed the associated wagering requirement, any bonus funds still held in the account will be removed and the corresponding real-money deposit balance will be preserved.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on agb98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the Platform:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Pre-match and in-play bets are final upon confirmation.
• agb98 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. This includes, without limitation, bets placed by Members who display patterns consistent with professional betting, match fixing, or arbitrage activity.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or pricing error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, agb98 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Members. Settlement of bets based on manifestly incorrect odds is not guaranteed.
• Sports betting results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, agb98's decision shall be final.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A single voided selection will result in the bet being recalculated as an accumulator with one fewer leg.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with standard Asian handicap rules as defined by agb98's market rules document, accessible within the Platform's Help section.
• Live casino game results are governed by the rules of the game studio provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play). In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets are settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection where technically determinable.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply across all betting markets. Current payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Responsible Gaming

agb98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We offer a suite of player-protection tools that Members may activate at any time via their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a seven-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Time-Out: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

agb98 enforces a strict 21+ only policy. We actively take steps to prevent underage gambling, including mandatory age verification during KYC. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agb98 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials without their knowledge and express consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform in any manner connected with money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit bonus structures, or artificially inflate winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information obtained through illegal or unethical means.
• Using the Platform's services in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing agb98 staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the agb98 Platform — including but not limited to the agb98 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of agb98 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content without the express written consent of agb98.
• Use of any agb98 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agb98 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, system downtime, or internet connectivity failures beyond agb98's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or scheduled maintenance windows of Indonesian banks.
• Any decision by a governing sports body that results in the voiding, postponement, or amendment of an event on which you have placed a wager.

agb98's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. agb98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur; agb98 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Termination

agb98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in conduct that is harmful to agb98, other Members, or third parties.

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the Member, agb98 reserves the right to void any open bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting agb98 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment account after all pending wagers have been settled and any applicable KYC requirements have been fulfilled.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which agb98 holds its operating license. agb98 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is regulated accordingly.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through agb98's standard customer support escalation process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

agb98 acknowledges that online betting is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments

agb98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, agb98 will provide notice to active Members via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions, with the date of last update displayed in the page header, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.
